What do we ship?
We ship all products listed in our shop. There are no restrictions!

Allow 3-5 business days for processing of your order.

How do you ship?
All our products are shipped through USPS. We send everything via first-class mail.
Rates to ship?
Single chalk bags cost $8 to ship domestically and $16 to ship internationally. Additionally purchased items are added onto these base rates based on quantity.
How to track an order that’s been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number that you can track at USPS.com.
In-store pick up option?
We do not have a retail store but if you are in the Boulder area, we’d be happy to meet up with you to hand-deliver your chalk bag(s) at no cost! (Please do not place an order through our website if you wish to do this. Send us an email: info@crimpchimps.com.)
Return Policies
What can be returned?
We accept returns of unused chalk bags but please make sure you read the description of the item you’re purchasing to ensure it will be a good size. We list the width and depth of the inside of each of our chalk bags to make sure you know which ones are better for small hands. If your chalk bag is defective, please email us to describe the problem: info@crimpchimps.com
When do items need to be returned?
Please make any returns of unused chalk bags within 30 days of purchase.

The customer pays shipping costs unless the product is defective.
